Delivery

Can I request a visit from a rep?

Yes – feel free to contact our office by email or give us a call, we would be only to happy to arrange an on-site visit.  

Is there a delivery fee?

To qualify for free delivery in the Perth Metro area:

Weekday minimum order - $250.00

Orders under these amounts incur a $25/$50 + GST delivery fee

Free delivery to South West customers meeting the minimum order value of $450.00

Free delivery to transport depots in the Perth area for regional customers meeting the minimum order of $450.00, thereafter delivery at your cost.

Can I collect?

Absolutely – pick-ups are welcome from 7am from our warehouse. Minimum spend $30.00

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the Perth metro and surrounding areas Monday to Friday.  

Delivery to the South West region weekly during winter, twice a week in summer.

Deliveries to regional WA are by independent third party transport companies at your cost.

Online Orders

How do I place an order?

If you are already set up with an account, you can place your order on our website customer portal. You can also place your order by phone or email (sales@evooqf.com.au). Contact our office if you are unsure of your login details.

What are the cut off times for orders?

For Perth Metro, place your order by 7am at the latest.*

For South West customers by noon on Tuesday for Thursday delivery.

*Subject to stock availability

Is there a minimum order?

Perth Metro - Weekday minimum order $250.00

South West minimum order is $450.00 (includes delivery)

Rest of the country $450.00

Who can order from your website?

We sell wholesale food products.  We can supply restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, resorts, breweries, schools, aged care, food trucks, retreats, bakeries, day cares, deli’s, caterers..... You name it.

If you would like to set up an account – contact us for a credit application.

We are also open to the public for collection.

Opening Hours

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4:00pm
Saturday 6:30am to 9:30am
Office and Warehouse closed Sundays and Public Holidays

Help! How can I get an order out of trading hours?

Outside of regular trading hours – special/urgent order requests.


We pride ourselves on our customer service and our willingness to be flexible and responsive to our clients' needs.  This has even been extended to providing emergency and after hours delivery, which we will always do our best to fulfill.


Please note the Terms and Conditions for these out of regular trading hours requests
-    Minimum order value $1,000.00 or you will incur a $100 + GST call out fee
-    Subject to stock availability.  If we have it, you can have it!
-    Subject to owner availability.  If Mark is available, he will deliver it to you personally.
-    Please give us notice, at least by 7pm the night before.

Payments

How do I pay?

If you do not have a credit account, we accept payment by credit card or debit card.  All credit cards will incur a 1.5% transaction fee. Amex surcharge is 4.5%

Cash sales are only permitted on weekdays.

Stock

What happens if something is out of stock?

You have the option of it being placed on back order for you or we can offer an alternative.

How do I request a product that isn’t on your website?

We love a challenge! Give us a call or email, and we will try our best to source the product for you.

Do you have a printable product list?

We stock over 3000 products and are continually updating our product lines.  Contact our office via email for more information if you would like a full product list.
