Policy and Procedure

 

Please provide the below requirements for all claims/credits to ensure your claim is processed and actioned in a timely manner

  • Business Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Delivery Date
  • Reason for Claim
  • Photo Evidence *

 *Photo evidence of the damaged product(s) and or carton(s) must be provided

-Cartons to be on the original pallet was delivered on.

-For multiple, ALL damaged cartons effected must clearly be shown for the quantity and damage.

Any damaged product(s) and or carton(s) must not be dumped without our approval.

We reserve the right to collect these goods and inspect at any time we are notified.

Please note that a service fee of 15% will apply if any goods are returned to us that are not at fault of Evoo Quality Foods.

Short Supply – MUST be noted on POD at time of delivery.

 

Please send all above information together with your credit claim to sales@evooqf.com.au within 24 hours of delivery, we reserve the right to reject claims after this time.
