Lobster Sauce can be used to prepare and complete any main courses incorporating lobsters / crayfish, prawns, other crustaceans or other seafood products. The Sauce also provides an advanced base to produce Seafood or Lobster Pasta Sauces and can also be added to a Soufflé or used to create many Gratin and Doria dishes. It is also a perfect advanced base to create a Seafood or Lobster Croquette mixture or product.

Lobster Stock (from Lobster Heads, Lobster Meat & Water), Tomato Paste, Tomatoes Crushed, Onions, Carrots, Vegetable Oil, Celery, Tarragon, Bay Leaves, Herbs, Water added.
Only fresh and natural ingredients are used - neither Salt nor Pepper have been added.
